Health Coverage Will Now be for Everyone!

for everyone!

Whether contracted or not, you now have the possibility to cover all your employees.

Dear Partner,

At Afiyah by Tanél, we know that companies generally offer health insurance only to employees with fixed-term or permanent contracts. However, we also recognize the importance of allowing every member of your team to access quality care.

That’s why we are launching a new feature that will allow you to enroll your employees without fixed-term/permanent contracts in Afiyah. What’s the difference? The monthly premium will be entirely at the employee’s expense, who can choose whether or not to enroll.

How to add an employee without a fixed-term/permanent contract?

  1. Click on “Add a participant” in the HR portal.
  2. Fill out the required employee information.
  3. Before clicking on “Save”, make sure the option “Does this employee pay 100% of the contribution” is set to “Yes”.

What are the next steps?

  • The employee will receive an SMS invitation with a link to register and pay for their health insurance.
  • Payment is simple and secure: they can pay via Wave through the Tanél patient app or via a payment link.
  • Once payment is made, coverage is immediately activated.
  • Each month, the employee will receive an SMS reminder with a link to renew their payment and ensure continuity of their coverage.

Note: employees without fixed-term/permanent contracts who enroll will be billed separately, without impacting your company’s billing.

As soon as an employee obtains a fixed-term or permanent contract, the HR manager can easily switch them to company-funded coverage with a few clicks.

We will then deliver the physical insurance card to your company’s headquarters for distribution to the relevant employees.

This new feature ensures that all employees, whether they have a fixed-term/permanent contract or not, can access essential care, while simplifying the transition to company coverage.

If you have any questions or would like a quick demonstration, feel free to contact us.
